We are individualized expressions of Source/God/All That Is
that were gifted with this new experimental experience in which we were
given/are being given a blank canvas on which to express ourselves through
third dimensional experiences. This experiment has resulted/is giving birth to
a new form of consciousness that is individualized focus. Having created this,
the next step in this experiment is to merge back into Source/God/All That Is
while retaining our individualization. We are the I AM in the WE ARE. This is
the hero’s journey on a much grander scale, where the hero goes out into the
world, has his/her adventures and then returns home changed and baring gifts
from the journey. The I AM is our gift to Source. The power of the I Am is
choice. After identifying with the individualized experience, we think that
going “back” to Source is giving up who we are – thus To Be God, I have to die.
We have never not been Source or one with All That Is. We identify with being a
drop of water in the ocean of God yet we are aware of ourselves as a drop and
as we open to expanding awareness, we become aware of the other drops of water
near us, those with whom we have chosen to connect, and then we expand even
further, becoming aware of even more drops until we see clearly the view of
Source/Ocean in all its entirety from the viewpoint of a drop of water. We are
the One in the All. The last step is the first step. This is breaking free from
something we were never bound to. This is seeing everything we have created
around us and seeing/feeling/being the Source that makes it all up – both
literally and figuratively. This is the new thought: merging separate from and
a part of together. The electrical charge of this new thought is massive – it
has taken both millions of years and an instant to get to this miraculous point
in time and space where this new thought is ready and charged. We are the new
thought. Our very existence is the new thought. We have simply to truly see who
we are to ride this new thought wherever we choose to go. By being the new
thought, we dissolve our “previous” constructs and start anew, choosing with
conscious intention what had been constructed by the “old” thought – that we
are separate from Source. The new thought is both together and separate –
holding that bridge between who we are and who I am. I am the love that I have
for my child and my parent and my lover together with I am/we are the love that
is everything that makes up the Universe. I Am that We Are – We Are that I Am. And so it
is.

The Power of Love
GS: The power of love is a magnificent ability that
you have perfected in your third dimensional environment. Whereas in other
dimensions love is all pervasive, in yours love appears to be a choice. You can
feel love or you can choose another, more reactionary expression of emotion.
Yet love is the foundation of the fabric of your being, whether you are
consciously aware of this or not. Becoming aware of the love that you are
strengthens the power of love in your universe and allows you to amplify the
thoughts that create your reality. By claiming love, by infusing your thoughts
with the love that you are consciously, you charge your thoughts with power and
expand their effect in the creation of your reality, Embrace the love that you are
and know it to be your finest tool with which to paint your life.

Breathe the Love!
GS: The joy in your heart is radiating outward for
all to see. You no longer need to hide this joy for fear of losing it or having
it taken away. Joy and love are as pervasive as the air you breathe and they
are just as necessary as this air. Why limit your access to love and joy? Why
try to store and hold onto it? This is as futile as holding your breath to try
to hold onto the air your need to exist in physical reality. Let energy flow into you and out from
you just as your breath does. Know that your energy is changed just as the air you
breathe is changed inside your lungs. You take in the oxygen and let go of the
carbon dioxide, giving plants fuel to grow. So is the love and joy you bring
into you changed and flavored by the being of who you are and then it goes
forth into the world with your personal blessing back into the Is-ness of All
That Is. This exquisite dance is the basis for life as you know it, The All
into the One back into the All. With each breath, breathe in love and joy and
energy and exhale love and joy and energy and feel the flow in all its glorious
freedom.

When I Believe it, I See it
We hear a
lot about “Ask and it shall be delivered” and “If you believe it, you get it.”
But I would also like to point out the truth of the reverse – look at what is
being delivered and know that you have asked for it. Notice how you are seeing
your life and your world and your reality and know that within that lens
through which you perceive your world are all the beliefs that make your
world-view possible. If you don’t think you know what you believe, look at your
life! It is not possible to perceive something as such without the beliefs that
enable that seeing. And the biggest gift we have as sons and daughters of God,
as the gods of us, is the ability to change our reality simply by changing our
beliefs. There is no limit of perception that we cannot shift to freedom and
joy. The evidence of our beliefs lies all around us, surrounds us in the
illusion of fact and reality but in truth here are the clues that we can unravel
to create a more happy and joyful life. Many of us choose every day to create
our lives unconsciously using the hand-me-down beliefs from generations of our
ancestors and co-habitants on this planet Earth. But now we have a new thought –
a new choice – to live a consciously creating life by shifting the old beliefs
to ones of our own choosing that align more closely to who we want to be – to who
we already are and are just awakening to the knowledge of that magnificence. And
my highest conscious choice through which to view my life and thereby my world
is love. Let love color all that I see and feel and travel out into the
Universe of Me to strike chords of joy in the heart of the collective. Now.

Circle
GS: You are powerful beyond your wildest
imagination. You are just beginning to be consciously aware of the innate god
given abilities you have to manifest your life as you so choose. You can indeed
be particular or general. You create the vibration you want to live in and the
events will unfold to match the love that you are generating. Be at peace. Know
you are safe and secure because you ARE your safety and security. Know you are
loved because you are LOVE. You are the essence of all that you have searched
for. There is nowhere to look because it is all already here. You are doing a
much better job of trusting and allowing. Now open your heart wide and let the
universe serve you in the best way you allow. The higher the love
vibration, the greater the return. The greater the return, the higher the love
vibration. It is all connected in a great big happy circle of life.

Reaction, Truth and Knowing
I love it when a word or phrase triggers in me a further
expansion. Such was the case last week when listening to Dee Wallace’s Conscious
Creation internet show on Thursday, July 11th. What Dee said was:
“So it is up to us now to move out of reaction of the non-truth into the freedom of what is the truth.”
And a voice in my minds goes “OH!” If I am in reaction, I am perceiving a non-truth. We are so used to just going through our day, looking at everything we see and experience as real life, as fact, as truth. BUT, if I am having a reaction (and I can recognize a reaction if I am experiencing fear, anger, etc. – any response in me that I don’t like) then I can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that what I think I am seeing as real and true is not so. If I am in reaction, I am not seeing the truth. I am seeing through a filter of my own making that distorts what I am seeing with my beliefs about what something means. So I can acknowledge my reactions for serving me because they point to the places where I do not see the truth. Judging my reactions as “bad” or disregarding them misses the gift that reactions can give us. And when I am having a reaction, I can tell myself that what I am seeing – the perceived disaster or calamity or rude behavior – isn’t real but is a result of my thinking about the world and by changing my thought, by choosing a different, more conscious belief through which to view the event, I can open myself to new possibilities that turn any event into an opportunity for experience and joy. Ultimately, everything we see in this third dimensional plane is filtered through our beliefs so why not choose beliefs that allow joy and love to reflect back to us? If we truly understood death, then even the loss of a loved one doesn’t have the deep searing pain of loss attached because we know that no one is truly gone. This doesn’t mean we don’t miss them but a conscious perspective on death can open us up to maintaining the connection of love through the “veil.” There is no thing that cannot be perceived differently and it is my power and grace to do so consciously as the god of me that I Am.
Another phrase that resonated with me was when Jarrad Hewett said something beautiful on a call last week. “It’s knowing it in your heart not looking for it in your mind.” I think that many of us, myself included, define knowing as a function of the mind. Knowing is somewhere we arrive at after we gather information and figure things out, or so we think. However, knowing is nothing of the sort and is not arrived at through the collection of data. What if knowing is a feeling? What if my knowing is an unfolding sensation inside my heart that blooms whenever truth is seen? Or that truth is seen whenever my knowing unfolds in my heart? I do not have adequate words to describe my knowing except that I know what it feels like and I intend to promote and encourage my knowing to expand and blossom.

One Moment
GS: You learn more from one moment of purely
realized bliss than you do in all the books in the world. One moment, touching
into your open heart, feeling the deep connection that you have to your greater
energetic being, pulling forth the love and joy that is yours to radiate in
your divine light. Rejoice in your blessings upon this earth and give thanks for
the focus in time and space that you occupy Yours is a unique perspective
because it is the only one that you choose. The path is always before you and
by your choice to walk upon it do you make it righteous. There is no should or
supposed to . There is only your choice and how you allow your energy to flow
with this choice. Open and allow and let go of judgment and limitation and you
will feel the life that you have always dreamed of appear around you as you
walk.

Passion
I was struck by something I heard in a talk last week. What the speaker said was that we put more
passion into our worries than we do to paying our bills. From this, I saw a
picture of a pot of water that we want to boil so we can make spaghetti. Our passions,
or what we feel intensely about, feed the fire that energizes the water that
causes the water to boil which gives us the medium in which to place our
intention (pasta) to create what we want (dinner). But what we frequently have
done is equate passion with intensity with hard work with struggle so we think
that struggle is the same as passion. Think of all the variations we have in
this world for the act of creating a child. The act can be brutal and non-consensual and violent or it can be two clear eyed
lovers coming together to express love and joy and ecstasy. We think we need
force and effort to create the intensity of emotion needed for creation but
love and joy and passion are much more effective. To consciously choose our
desires and fuel them with passionate feelings of joy and divine love is the
way we make love with ourselves and create our intentions. To feed our worries
and fears with struggle is praying for what we don’t want. So, I am choosing to
love myself!! I may even buy myself dinner first!!!!

Remember
GS: It is time for you to
center and remember who and what you are. Forgetting this by falling into the
chaos of your surface thoughts is not helpful. Remembering your true nature and
dropping into your open heart are most helpful. It is from this center core that
you can manifest that which is most pleasing to you. What do you want? You want
to be happy and joyful and peaceful and aligned with the Universal flow, yes?
You do this from your open heart, not by worrying and fretting. There appears
to be a conflict to you between wanting what you want now and your perception
of divine timing. In actually, your hold fears about divine timing in that you
are afraid what you want will never come. This is the “is it here yet, no”
energy that is also not helpful. Relax. Open your heart. Picture yourself as a
basin that is creating the water with which to fill itself. The Universe is
providing the water, you are providing the readiness to received. This is
co-creation. Open and allow are key words to focus on. Open your heart and
allow yourself to receive…love, flow, abundance, serenity, joy. Trust that the
Universe loves you as much as you are willing to love yourself.

Choice and Creation
1. We
are not in the process of learning to create. We are in the process of learning
to CONSCIOUSLY create. Therefore, we are shifting from automatic subconscious
responses and reactions to consciously chosen thoughts and actions.
2. We
are guided by what we are attracted to. That which appeals to us, that which
brings the most joy, that which inspires passion and love are the obvious
choices to explore.
3. There
is no right path or wrong path to follow. There is no plan for the course of
our lives. We can choose to explore ANYTHING. If we do not enjoy the results of
our choice, we simply choose again.
4. Many
of us spend a lot of time worrying about straying from the path, making a
mistake, losing our way, and wondering if there is something better out there
that we could have had if we had made another decision. These are all mind
games that lead nowhere.
5. Judgment,
condemnation and blame all originate from automatic subconscious belief
systems. There are always other perspectives from which to choose.
6. Nothing
we see is real in that what we think is truth and fact and reality is instead
projections of our beliefs about what is true and fact and reality. So we
literally change reality by changing our beliefs about reality and thereby
changing our perspective. We are free to change our beliefs about anything at
any time, although any time is always now. The key to this is first noticing
that what you see before you is merely your belief.
7. All
our history, all our past, all our dreams of the future do not exist except for
the beliefs we hold about them in the present moment. So the memory of the
trauma that happened when we were young is only as real and as powerful as the energy we feed it in the present. The
unfed memory does not exist and has no power. To change the past, we change our
perspective about the past and thereby create a different memory.
8. We
don’t really want the “things” we think we want. We want things because we
think they will make us feel differently. However, we can only feel differently
if we choose to feel differently by changing our thoughts, not through the
things around us. We are human generators. We generate feelings which have
frequencies and vibrations and these frequencies and vibrations go out into the
world and then are reflected back to us. So if we want more joy, we become more
joy that radiates more joy so that even more joy comes back to us. Winning the
lottery does not make us joyful. Being joyful about money gives us all the
money we desire. Having a relationship does not complete us. Knowing that we
are already whole in our own energy and as the One Energy is our completeness.
9. You
can choose to view your body as a machine and the world as the result of a
series of accidents and survival of the fittest. OR. You can choose to be the
love that you already are, feel the joy that is in each and every cell of your
body, radiate the pure divine light that is your true nature and know that with
each golden thought that you project out into the Universe, you make God smile.
The choice is yours. The choice is all of ours.

Simple Joy
GS: The joy you feel is
in proportion to the amount of flow and energy you allow yourself to be open
to. Opening your heart and looking at life through the lens of the heart
automatically bring expansion and flow into your life. It is that simple. It is
not about doing the perfect ritual or saying the perfect affirmation. It is
about feeling joy and allowing that joy to radiate outward with your light.
Your particular color and vibration of joy light is unique to you and the world
is waiting for you to release this joy into your environment where it is
bounced back to you tenfold. Cherish your life. Love yourself. Feel your joy.
It is all so simple. You are blessed beyond measure. You have only to be aware
enough to see all the blessings.

Capacity for Joy
GS: Your capacity to
maintain high levels of energetic vibration is dependent upon your beliefs
about your own capacity. You do not believe you can hold the highs for too
long. You believe this is tempting fate to punish you for daring to reach too
high, to ask for too much. This is not law or fact. You can change your
perception of your capacity for energy at any time and the time you choose will
always be in the now moment. Open your heart to the One Energy that you are and
expand the capacity that you allow yourself to feel. This will increase the
flow of the One Energy from, to and through you and thus also increase your ability
for conscious manifestation. Hold the focus of being an individual expression
of the One Energy while simultaneously being one with the One Energy and your
flow will be smooth and consistent and expansive. You are Whole within yourself
and Whole within the Whole. Feel the joy that you are and your vibration
automatically raises. Discard the belief that joy needs to be paid for and
instead know that it is your divine right destiny to feel and give and receive
joy and love and exuberant passion. And so it is.

Red or Blue?
What I woke up this morning thinking
about is how we decide what we want and claim this goal as an intention. For
example: Let's pretend I want a blue car. Now, I believe that what I decide to want is my
decision and responsibility. It is not someone else’s job to validate or approve
of what I want unless I believe it is and thereby throw wrench number one into
the conscious creation process. (I believe I am the god of me but I believe you
are the god of me too – I have the power but you have the power—and thus a
paradox is formed and conscious creation is stalled.) So I claim my intention,
feel the joy of having a blue car in my life and know I am creating a blue car
in my life – and then I go about looking through craigslist and asking friends
and going to car dealerships for my blue car, otherwise known as taking action.
So the next day, someone calls me and starts talking about this great red car
that someone is selling cheap. So then I say to myself – but I wanted a blue
car! This sounds like a great deal. Do I go with what the Universe is putting
in my path? Is this compromising my intention? Do I really need a blue car when
a red car will work just as well? Why do I want a blue car? Am I doing this
creation process right? Doubt and confusion set in but I stop my thinking mind
and go back into my heart and ask myself as the god of me – why do I want a
blue car? Is it because my beloved dad always drove a blue car and by driving a
blue car I believe that my dad is still around, loving me? So from this place
in my open heart, I make a new choice between the blue car of my dreams, the
red car of my current reality, or whatever the Universe can create for me next.
Now this is a hypothetical case (I really want an orange car!) but I have
noticed this in my life and the lives of my friends. How specific do we choose
to be in our intentions? I don’t believe there is any law dictating an answer
here beyond my own beliefs in the matter. I have asked the Universe for a
specific color of cat and gotten exactly what I have asked for – twice. So we
can all have a blue car if we want one. However, if what we really want is to
know our dad still loves us or to prove to ourselves we are the gods of us, that
is a different story. We can choose clarity and awareness of our true desires. I
believe that the Universe brings to us the best opportunities based on all that
we currently believe so if we don’t like the choices we seem to be given then
we need to examine our beliefs more thoroughly, change beliefs where needed and
make clearer choices. Our hearts always know what we want.
We have all heard the phrase “Let
go and let God.” So if we are at the Conscious Creation Restaurant and we are
looking over the menu, do we go into our heart and choose the menu choice that
most appeals to us or do we smile at the waiter (he’s cute!) and say “I’ll have
the Universal Chef’s Special” knowing that it will be made with the freshest
ingredients and comes from the inspiration of universal flow? I am not even
sure there is a “right” answer to this question other than the one we choose.

Certainty
GS: The feeling you are experiencing
at this time is a reaction to your beliefs. You are uncertain what is coming up
for you in your life. However, certainty is not to be found outside of
yourself. Certainty is who you are not what happens to you. When you are fully
engaged with the certainty of who you are, the Universe reflects back that
certainty to you. When you are love, love Is reflected back as well. Radiate your
light even when it seems to be dark outside, especially when it is dark
outside. Find comfort in who you are, in what you give and receive from those
beloveds in your life. Seek out joy and joy will find you.

Hopes and Dreams
After writing yesterday’s blog on
Magical Thinking, I had it pointed out to me that I equate Magical Thinking
with hoping and dreaming and that I have a huge judgment that this is bad and
doing it wrong. I now see a whole belief system that I have held telling me not
to hope and dream because I will only be disappointed and hurt. This belief system
was designed by me to protect myself but it now keeps me from knowing what I
want and accessing the emotion of what I truly desire which is an integral part
of conscious creation. Hoping and playing with dreams is fun and helps generate
enthusiasm and joy for what we want in our lives. This is a good thing. Staying
in hope and dreamland and never taking actions to actualize our dreams can
leave us feeling stuck but that is because of not taking action, not because of
the hopes and dreams. I had thrown out the baby with the bathwater!! So I am
now embracing my hopes and dreams with love and joy and promising to nurture
them into action and manifestation in my life. I am so in awe of how life works
– how the perfect realization comes along to me like a gift at the exact
perfect moment. Ain’t life grand?

Magical Thinking
I have been thinking today about the difference between conscious creation and magical thinking Magical thinking is thinking that specific words and specific thoughts you think or rituals you perform will create your life. Conscious creation is a state of being where we participate within the One Energy by directing it to what we choose and through this, direct our lives. These two things feel different but our mind frequently tells us that magical thinking is the same as conscious creation, thereby keeping us in the need to be perfect in our thoughts and practices. Magical thinking has an underlying feeling of disbelief, like I really don’t feel this will work but I will keep doing it anyway in order to keep myself safe. There is an underlying feeling of fear and panic to magical thinking. Conscious creation feels like serenity and knowing and peace and love for self and love for life. It is an entirely different animal. Magical thinking can serve us as it allows the idea that we can affect our reality into our belief system. Magical thinking can morph into conscious creation once the necessary feelings are generated. Open your heart, allow yourself to feel the One Energy that is part of you, that you are a part of, feel this One Energy and know it is there to serve you. Claim your power and shift your magical thinking into the state of conscious creation and then you will be in the flow. And so it is!

Addendum
When we commit to a
choice and take action, the state of conscious being in our open heart asks for
our trust so that we allow the One Energy to respond to our requests. Taking
action in fear stems the flow of the One Energy and slows down the speed of
creation. This time can be used to become comfortable with the changes in our
energetic makeup and as our comfort increases, we allow the One Energy to flow
more smoothly. So in one respect, fear serves us by regulating our creation
into what we believe to be more manageable bites. Too much fear and allowing
fear to stop our actions however, also stops our conscious creation and the One
Energy is not engaged. Letting go, or the final step in the creation process,
is a commitment to trust that the Universe and the One Energy will respond to
our chosen course of action. Without releasing fear, either immediately or
gradually, we cannot remain in the state of conscious creation. Furthermore,
our beliefs about the ease or hardness of creation either facilitate or hamper
the flow of One Energy available to us. Embracing trust in Self, in Source that
is the One Energy, in Easy and Simple, and in our own Knowing are key
components to the state of conscious being. We are always our own highest
answer and trusting this knowledge is an integral part of conscious creation.

Perceptions
Here are some of the
things rolling around in my brain this morning. I am writing this all out to
help myself focus and offering this to you to open my heart.
1.
We are all creating ourselves and our lives in each
and every moment either through conscious choice, through reactions stemming from
subconscious belief systems, or a combination of both. We do not need to “learn” to create. What we
are learning is how to hold conscious focus and intent while creating what we
choose.
2.
At least for me, I subconsciously think that
“conscious” means thinking. Conscious is not a thought. Conscious is a state of
being. Thoughts are the byproducts of beliefs that live in our minds. Creating
from the mind is creating from these subconscious belief systems and these
beliefs systems reign over our lives like an autopilot when we are not in a
state of being conscious. The perspective we want to create from is an open
heart where we can allow conscious intent and focus to give ourselves access to
the One Energy. Learning to consciously create is learning what it feels like
to be in our open hearts and perceiving our life and our choices from this
perspective.
3.
All things work together for good to them that love
God, and as we are the god of us, if we love ourselves, all things work
together for good. All of life serves us. All the events, all the people, all
our choices serve and support us. Everything either reflects back to us the
glory that we are or shows us where we are not allowing our glory to shine
through.
4.
Dividing ourselves, dividing our energy, leads to a
feeling of being stuck. I want it but I don’t want it. Do I want A or B? Getting
unstuck is simple. Make a choice, commit to this choice and take an action. Any
choice, any action, as all choices and actions serve us. Believing that there
is one right choice over all the possibilities keeps us in the place of feeling
stuck. However, “being stuck” can serve us and allow us time to integrate new
concepts and perspectives before taking action. Timing and speed of creation is
a matter of preference and perception. Ultimately, all creation occurs in the
now.
5.
Perceiving ourselves as a mind and a heart is still
separation. From an open heart, we can embrace and integrate our heart with our
mind and feel the one happy whole that we are. To be fully conscious and fully
in our open hearts, we must accept with love the totality of who we are.
6.
Cherish and nurture those activities and feelings that
foster an open heart. Gratitude, dance, music, loved ones, pets, expressing
yourself, chocolate!! So many happy choices!!
7.
There are no bad choices. There are no good choices
either. There is simply a Universe of experience to explore and create in. Some
choices make us happy, some do not. Learn from this. When we fly in the
fullness of our magnificent being-ness, we create from bursts of joy and love
and this is reflected back to us with all possibilities. Our lives are like a chorus of angels singing
and each voice is a choice and we can sing any part and love the part we sing
and participate in the beauty that all voices joined together create.
8.
Giving and receiving are the same. You give to receive
and receive to give. The Universe operates from the equal exchange of energy.
I ask all of me to come forward together to
claim and know myself as one happy healthy prosperous whole, easily and simply,
through the divine love that I AM. And so it is.
Thanks for listening.

Choice
Today, I am thinking
about limitation and choice. Having no choice is the epitome of limitation. Yet
I can also see how we sometimes view making a choice as limitation. If we choose
A, then we cannot experience B or C, or so we think. If I choose to eat cake
for dinner, I am unlimited. If I choose to eat a balanced diet, then I am
limited. Yet if I eat cake for dinner all the time, I gain weight and am not
happy with this result. Furthermore, we frequently add the belief that there is
only one “right” choice so we had better choose correctly! This leads to a constant
state of indecision, an unwillingness to commit to anything and feeling stuck.
Binge eating, binge spending, grabbing all the “good” we can get before it is
taken away again – patterns born of limitation and a fear of choice and
commitment. However, I can choose a different perspective. What if choice is
not a limitation but a means of creating action. If I choose to walk out the
door, then I must act upon this choice to have it manifest. I have to get up
out of the chair and walk out the door. And by going through the door, I open
my life up to the Universe that is waiting to greet and support me. So if I
want to live my life Bigger, I embrace my god-as-me ability to take action in
my life and thereby create all the desires of my heart. And I make all my
choices from my open heart. I AM God in Action. And so it is.

Joy
Ever since last week
when it was brought to my attention, I have been thinking a lot about how I
have limited joy in my life. I think the way the belief goes is “If I don’t let
myself feel joy and happiness too much, then bad things won’t happen.” Kind of like
a Zen-like voodoo spell. This has been my definition of balance, that to
guarantee my safety and to feel secure, I must sacrifice joy. So seeing as conscious
creation is a natural extension of the joy I feel, is it any wonder that I have
ended up with a lackluster life? I like my life, kind of like I like French
Toast, but I have not been in LOVE with my life and excited by my life because
I have not let myself fully feel the JOY of life. In addition, I have noticed
several instances over the past months of hearing about “offers” and “opportunities”
that I decided must be scams because they were “too good to be true,” i.e. that
their possibility was more than my mind would allow into my life. ENOUGH of
this!!! I AM open to All Possibility. I AM Joy and Freedom and Balance and Flow.
I love my life and allow the fullness of joy to fill my being!! And so it is.
